This Policy is published following the requirements of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

The website www.indonissin.in is owned by INDO NISSIN FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN: U05122KA1988PTC009351, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “INF”) having its registered office at 1102, 11th Floor, Raheja Towers, West Wing, M. G. Road, Bangalore – 560 001, Karnataka and corporate office at 3rd Floor, SKAV 909, 9/1, Lavelle Road, Bangalore 560 001, Karnataka. Use of the website by the user (hereinafter referred to as “You”/ the “User”) is subject to this Privacy Policy. Accessing, browsing, or otherwise using (any similar activity by whatever name called) the website shall be construed as the User’s unequivocal and irrevocable acceptance and hereby acknowledge the policies contained in this Policy as a binding policy.

Customer care and support: When You contact us, your e-mail may be directed through our third- party customer care and support platform which will have access to your personal information, the content of your e-mail as well as the date and time your request came into our system. We use this provider to allow us to communicate with You about your Account and to receive reports from Users about the quality or safety of our products. 

Marketing providers: the third-party service providers, assist us with marketing our products to You, may use the information we collect from You to provide advertisements and offers for our other products. Additionally, we may share certain information with social media platforms that allows us to create custom or lookalike audiences. We may also obtain your information through any contest, event, offering, or other promotional activity that is jointly offered by us and any third parties. By entering into such contest or otherwise, You authorise and direct us to share your information with our co-sponsor. We may also share your information with a third-party service provider who administers the promotion, event, and contest, etc.

Legal, regulatory, compliance and other identical reasons

Also, we may disclose and/or share your information to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, judicial process, and our internal company policies, as well as to protect against, identify, investigate, prevent and respond to fraud, illegal activity, for instance, identifying and responding to incidents of hacking or misuse of our website, adverse event reporting, and claims and other liabilities.

We maintain a presence on several social networking and blogging platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, WhatsApp and Spotify. For security purposes, we advise You, please do not include any password, phone number, debit/credit card information or other sensitive information via these features. However, we do not prefer to retain your personal information once the purpose is over, for instance, if You are a contest winner, once we deliver the goodies to You, we delete your personal information from our records.

Despite these measures, however, we cannot and do not guarantee that information will be safe from interception or intrusion during transmission or while stored on our system, or otherwise, and You provide information to us at your own risk.

We do not knowingly collect information relating to an individual under the age of 18 years old.

We reserve the right to update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices and services. When we post changes to this Policy, we will update the date of this Policy.
